Club Members,

The Penn-Trafford Soccer Club is pleased to announce our annual general meeting will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Bushy Run Soccer Complex Concession Pavilion.  The purpose of the annual meeting is to have a state of the club address, review year end finances and hold elections for the 2023/24 Board of Directors. The meeting is open to all “members” of the club which is defined by a family that had a child participate on a team during the 2022/23 season. Each family is eligible to cast one (1) ballot for the board of directors election. 

As is the case every year, the PTSC is looking for parents to join our 2023/24 Board of Directors. Below you will find a complete list of board positions. Those positions marked with an asterisk indicates positions that are currently known to be available, making them the positions of highest need. Any eligible member of the club may self-nominate themselves for any board position, however we ask that you consider those positions with an asterisk first. If any board position has 2 or more people nominated, those running for the position will be given the opportunity to make a statement at the annual general meeting prior to voting. If you are interested in self-nominating yourself for a board position you may do so here.

Please note, in addition to performing the job duties for your particular board position, all board members are expected to be available at a minimum 1 Saturday per season (Spring and Fall) to be the board member on hand at the fields during game play. If you have any questions regarding any board positions or the annual general meeting in general please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
