KidSafe “ registration for PTSC coaches and personnel:

As you know the club is paying the fees associated with this system.  We have already issued one check for those that registered earlier.  We will issue a second check next week after I cross check the “Kidsafe” registration with our list of coaches.  The system is sending out notices to those who have registered and did not send checks.  PAWest knows which clubs pay the fees for their coaches but the system doesn’t.  The system sends notices to everyone whose check has not been received.  Disregard these messages.

Declaration of Travel Teams:

All PTSC travel teams are declared.  PAWest is trying to give everyone adequate notice of the declaration deadline of March 1^st.  Their follow up messages are going out to teams that are fully declared as well as those that have not declared. Disregard these messages.  We are done.

Bushy Run Fields – access for practice:

Bushy run fields are closed for practice.  They will remain closed until Mr Brammel makes a decision to open them.  You will be notified by e-mail at the earliest date we can safely open the fields. You and I know we can’t predict the wheather  well enough to give you notice far in advance.  Please be patient.   No coach is authorized to practice until the message opening the fields is received.

Spring Coaches meeting Wednesday March 19^th. at 700PM

This date was approved by the board last fall when approved the years schedule.  The meeting will be held at the

Penn Township municipal building.  Please make sure this notice gets out to all coaches advising them that we expect all coaches to attend
